Tax Incentive to Revive Xanadu?

Developers have already sunk billion in the Meadowlands
Xanadu entertainment complex, which now stands idle because of the
recession. Now New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s administration is
considering a tax incentive plan that may spark new developers to
take over and actually complete the project.
